We are seeking an experienced Store Incharge to oversee and manage storage operations for mechanical and electrical & instrumentation (E&I) materials within ADNOC Oil & Gas projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in inventory control, material handling, and logistics for piping and shutdown activities, ensuring seamless supply chain operations and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily store activities, including receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of mechanical and E&I materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and reconcile discrepancies.
Organize storage areas to ensure safety, accessibility, and optimal utilization of space.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of piping, shutdown, mechanical, and E&I materials.
Verify material certifications, inspection documents, and ensure adherence to ADNOC standards.
Manage documentation related to material receipt, issuance, and inventory movements.
Support shutdown planning by ensuring critical materials are available on time.
Conduct periodic inventory audits and cycle counts.
Implement safety procedures during material handling and storage.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve material issues.
Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
Provide reports on inventory status, stock movements, and material shortages.
Lead, train, and supervise store personnel to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in store and inventory management in the oil & gas industry.
Experience with piping and shutdown materials (minimum 4 months).
Familiarity with ADNOC standards, policies, and safety procedures.
Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple activities.
