Job Position – IT Support Staff

Join team to provide technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure system reliability and security.
Your role includes:
Offering first-level technical support for end-users on hardware, software, and network matters.
Assisting in workstation, server, and peripheral setup, configuration, and maintenance.
Monitoring server performance and managing Active Directory and user accounts.
Ensuring timely updates, antivirus checks, and system backups as per policy.
Supporting clinical and administrative systems like EMR, PACS, ERP, and LIS.
Coordinating with vendors for technical support and maintenance visits.
Enforcing cybersecurity measures and providing on-site IT support for critical systems during procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science.
Minimum 2 years of IT support experience, preferably in healthcare or service sectors.
Knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and basic network setup.
Familiarity with server monitoring tools, storage backup systems, and antivirus solutions.
Understanding of data protection and confidentiality requirements.
