Description:
M&CO Legal is seeking an experienced Corporate Senior Lawyer to join its Dubai office on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is ideal for a seasoned corporate counsel who can manage complex commercial matters, provide strategic legal advice across industries, and guide junior team members. You will work on a mixture of transactional and contentious matters while helping shape legal strategy and client delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, opinions, contracts and legal correspondence.
Provide ongoing corporate and commercial legal advice to clients across multiple sectors.
Lead client meetings and provide clear, practical guidance on legal risks and solutions.
Ensure the legality and compliance of commercial transactions and corporate actions.
Conduct legal research across corporate, tax, IP, licensing, arbitration, civil law and related areas.
Mentor and supervise junior associates; allocate work and support professional development.

Eligibility & Requirements:
Minimum 8 years’ PQE as a corporate lawyer with a proven track record.
Qualified in a common law jurisdiction (Bar qualification or equivalent).
Strong command of corporate and commercial law practice.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English required, Arabic an advantage.
Ability to manage competing priorities, high-volume caseloads, and complex legal issues.
