Document Controller
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage incoming and outgoing documentation (electronic and hard copy).
• Ensure proper document numbering, version control, and archiving according to company standards.
• Maintain up-to-date project document registers and filing systems.
• Support Design and Project teams by providing access to current and accurate information.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure document flow compliance.
• Utilize platforms such as ACONEX, DRPRO, or equivalent document management systems.
Requirements :
• 3–5 years’ experience in document control within the UAE.
• Experience with ACONEX, DRPRO, or similar document management tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office and general IT systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other local languages is an advantage.
• Diploma or professional certificate in administration or related field preferred.
