Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and present menus.
Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Provide personalized service and assist guests with menu recommendations.
Handle cash, POS, and billing transactions efficiently.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Maintain knowledge of hotel standards, menu items, and promotions.
Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Minimum High School or equivalent; hospitality certifications preferred.
1–3 years of experience in fine dining or luxury hotel service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
