Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality management plans and procedures.
Conduct inspections and audits to ensure quality standards.
Review and approve method statements, work procedures, and inspection test plans.
Monitor and report on quality performance and non-conformities.
Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and client requirements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as QA/QC Manager in UAE construction projects.
Strong knowledge of ISO standards and local regulatory requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Immediate availability is essential.
