Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international logistics.
2. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and market research.
3. Develop customized logistics solutions for clients to meet their transportation and supply chain needs.
4. Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure successful onboarding and execution.
5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
6. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in sales or business development in the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sector.
3. Strong understanding of logistics services (FTL, LTL, warehousing, freight forwarding, etc.).
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
