Requirements:
Strong technical knowledge of heavy vehicles, engines, and hydraulic systems
Workshop management and supervision skills
Knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling
Ability to train and lead a team of technicians
Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards
Good communication and coordination skills
Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Basic inventory and resource management
Qualification & Experience:
Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Automotive, or relevant field
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in heavy vehicle maintenance, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role
Experience in fleet operations or automotive workshops is preferred
