Job Location : United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain and manage all important documents for projects and ensure that they are easily accessible and stored securely.
• Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and follows the standards and processes set by the company.
• Control the distribution of documents, ensuring that all project documentation is distributed to the relevant parties and received in a timely manner.
• Manage and maintain the project document control system, ensuring that all documents are properly logged, tracked, and updated.
• Coordinate with project teams and other departments to ensure that documentation requirements are met and that all necessary documents are prepared and submitted on time.
• Assist in the preparation and updating of project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with all document control procedures and requirements.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Document Controller in building projects.
• Prior experience in an engineering consultancy environment is preferred.
• Proficient in document control software and systems, including Aconex and other Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
