Staffing and Outsourcing Coordinator
Job Location : Doha, Qatar
Key Responsibilities :
• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Oversee the outsourcing process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in staffing and outsourcing.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in staffing or recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
