Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate tender and bidding opportunities from various sources.
Review tender documents, contracts, and specifications to determine requirements and risks.
Coordinate with departments such as Sales, Finance, Engineering, Legal, and Operations to prepare accurate and competitive proposals.
Develop pricing strategies, cost estimates, and technical submissions for tenders.
Ensure all tender submissions comply with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
Maintain a tender database, track submissions, and monitor deadlines.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors for clarifications and negotiations.
Provide inputs for bid/no-bid decisions and prepare risk assessments.
Analyze tender outcomes and provide recommendations for process improvement.

Qualifications:
Minimum: Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred: MBA / Postgraduate Diploma in Project / Contract / Business Management.
Experience: 5–10 years in tendering, bidding, or contracts management (industry-specific experience preferred).
