Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls from patients, relatives, and other stakeholders.
Schedule, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments and maintain records.
Provide information on hospital services, doctors’ availability, and procedures.
Assist patients with billing inquiries, insurance coordination, and documentation.
Follow up with patients for reminders, feedback, or surveys.
Escalate complex patient issues to the appropriate hospital staff.
Maintain accurate patient records and call logs in the hospital management system.
Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction through professional communication.
Qualification:
Minimum: Higher Secondary School & Equivalent
Preferred: Diploma / (any discipline; healthcare-related background is a plus)
Skills-based: Good communication, basic computer knowledge, familiarity with hospital management systems is a plus
Experience:
Freshers can be considered for entry-level roles.
Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or BPO is an advantage.
