Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential customers to generate sales.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure timely follow-up.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Experience:
3–5 years of sales experience in retail, corporate sales, or business development.
Prior experience in handling B2B or B2C clients is preferred.
Qualification:
Preferred: Graduate (any discipline; Commerce, Business, or Marketing preferred)
Skills-based: Strong communication, customer handling, and negotiation skills
