Secretary to General Manager

Job Location : Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities :

• Organize appointments and meetings for the General Manager.
• Prepare agendas and necessary materials for meetings.
• Receive and respond to phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
• Prepare formal correspondence, memos, and management reports.
• Assist in preparing presentations when needed.
• Maintain and organize administrative files and records.
• Ensure documents are properly archived and easily accessible.
• Coordinate between the General Manager and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow up on pending tasks and action items as requested.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive administrative information and documents.
• Handle sensitive situations with tact, discretion, and professionalism.
• Provide daily administrative support to the General Manager.
• Assist in managing tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
• Previous experience in secretarial or administrative support roles.
• Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic; English proficiency is preferred.
• Professional appearance, good manners, and the ability to handle sensitive situations confidentially.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure when needed.
