Female Document Controller

Job Location : Qatar

Responsibilities :

• Manage, organize, and maintain all project-related documents in an accurate and systematic manner.
• Ensure proper version control, naming conventions, and traceability of all documents.
• Maintain both electronic and hard copy filing systems for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
• Coordinate with project, administration, and engineering teams to ensure timely submission, distribution, and receipt of documents.
• Monitor document workflows to ensure only latest approved documents are in circulation.
• Support the implementation and use of document management systems according to company standards.
• Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive documentation.

Requirements :

• Female candidate, currently based in Qatar.
• Must be eligible for local transfer or secondment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Document Controller (construction background is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and document management systems.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work in a structured environment.
