Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking as directed by chefs.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations.
Follow recipes, portion control, and food safety guidelines.
Assist in plating and serving food as required.
Support inventory management and report shortages.
Qualifications:
ITI / Diploma in Food Production (preferred)
Basic culinary knowledge; prior kitchen experience is a plus
Skills Required:
Basic cooking and food preparation skills
Knowledge of hygiene & safety standards (HACCP)
Teamwork and ability to follow instructions
Time management and multitasking
