Candidate Requirements & Skills:
Strong knowledge of medical coding standards (ICD, CPT, HCPCS)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good understanding of medical terminology and healthcare documentation
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Familiarity with healthcare software and electronic medical records systems
Certification in Medical Coding (e.g., CPC, CCS) is preferred
