Qualifications:
Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role within a hotel or similar facility.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle guest concerns professionally.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
