Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on RAN equipment (BTS/eNodeB/gNodeB).

Troubleshoot 2G/3G/4G/5G site issues, alarms, and hardware faults.

Maintain antennas, feeders, transmission lines, and site power systems (batteries, rectifiers, generators).

Conduct field visits, site inspections, and RF testing (VSWR, PIM, spectrum analysis).

Support upgrades, integrations, and documentation of maintenance activities.

Ensure compliance with safety and EHS standards.


Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Telecom/Electrical/Electronics.

Experience with RAN equipment (Ericsson/Nokia/Huawei/ZTE).

Basic IP, RF, and transmission knowledge.

2–5 years of telecom field/RAN maintenance experience.

Ability to travel and work on-site/towers when needed.
