Job Title: Account Manager – Liabilities Banking

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field
Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus
Strong understanding of banking products, liability management, and financial regulations
Proficiency in MS Office and banking software

Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of liability accounts (savings, current, and term deposits)
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling banking products
Monitor account performance, ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
Prepare account reports, financial statements, and presentations for management
Collaborate with internal teams to provide high-quality client service
Resolve client queries and handle escalations effectively

Requirements:
5–10 years of experience in banking, specifically in liabilities management or account management
Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and financial regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple clients and maintain high service standards
