We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive the hotel’s sales growth and maximize market exposure across local and international markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the hotel’s sales & marketing plan.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Prospect new accounts and manage existing ones.
- Negotiate effectively to achieve maximum profit while meeting client needs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
- Ensure timely and professional communication (offers, contracts, follow-ups).
- Attend hotel events and represent the property professionally.
- Collaborate with F&B, Banquet, Front Office, and other departments.
- Monitor competitors’ offerings and market performance.
- Work with PMS and S&M systems to maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Hospitality, Communication, or related field.
- Experience in a similar hotel sales role.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Strong communication (English & Arabic), negotiation, and client relation skills.
- Understanding of RevPAR, yield, and hotel sales KPIs.
- Presentable, professional, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong teamwork, organization, and relationship-building abilities.
