- Welcome guests warmly and perform efficient check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide personalized service to Arabic-speaking guests and assist with inquiries
- Handle room reservations, amendments, and special requests
- Ensure accurate guest registration and billing procedures
- Respond promptly to guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to meet guest needs
- Promote hotel facilities, restaurants, and services
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel promotions and local attractions
- Handle cash, card transactions, and daily cashiering reports
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information
