Job Title: Senior Technician – HVAC (Technician-CDP)
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / Technical Certification in Mechanical / HVAC / Refrigeration
5–6 years of experience in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and commissioning
Strong experience in MEP project execution, coordination, and site management
UAE experience preferred
Requirements:
Hands-on expertise in HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, VRF, ducting, piping)
Ability to coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site teams
Knowledge of safety, quality, and compliance standards in MEP projects
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and reporting skills
Responsibilities:
Install, test, and commission HVAC systems on site
Supervise and guide junior technicians during project execution
Coordinate with mechanical engineers, contractors, and consultants
Ensure all HVAC works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards
Monitor adherence to quality, safety, and project timelines
Maintain daily reports on progress, materials, and manpower
Assist in resolving technical issues and site challenges
