Job Responsibility:
• Purchase mobile accessories stock for 15 outlets.
• Manages the growth and success of the team, coordinates activities that effect operational decision and business requirements.
• Manages the stock control, and checks that inventory records are accurate.
• Ensure the production team has enough time to manufacture and deliver products based on their client’s request.
• Monitors and maintains current inventory levels, processes purchasing order as required.
• Preparing Invoices, delivery order, authorization letter for customs and arranging to delivery for client’s destination.
• Prepared documents, requirements, reports, product proposal and price quotations.
• Check of billings of Customs brokers for approval of Import/Export Officer.

Job Responsibility:
• In charge for the Jebel Ali Store
• Maintains various Inventory items related to DX80 Vibrators, Vehicles & Equipment
• Maintains Inventory of containers stored in different yards.
• Helps Finance team to do monthly audits for Inventory stock.
• Updates Insight for the equipment received in JA
• Regular Monthly Equipment Verification in Insight for the equipment’s stored in the JA yard.
• Gathers information for all new assets arriving JA base and prepares the MUT for Asset Manager.
• Support to WesternGeco Crews operating worldwide in terms of Equipment
• Handles Cargo booking requests issued by various people in JA and take the responsibility and handover them to Logistics.
• Delivery of Auction equipment to WWA. Regular follow-up with Logistics
• Delivery of Scrap equipment to Scrap Vendor.
• Updates Inbound register for all shipments received in JA base on daily basis.
• Receives all kinds of SWPS items for the local orders. Updates the SWPS reception.
• Receives International Hub shipments and updates the Ship tool and SWPS reception.
• Follow-up with Local suppliers on repair and return items
