KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Overall responsible for the safety , quality and timely execution of all temporary and permanent works to the satisfaction of the Client, Consultants and authorities
• To construct & deliver the projects within the budgetary constraints.
• Completion of the detailed construction baseline program (logic/ sequence), site build rates and forecasts. Plan & schedule construction activities to optimize resources and achieve key target dates and communicate these to the construction team.
• Accountable & responsible for material, manpower and plant supplies for site.
• Identify and employ correct and safe construction methodologies as per specification and contract requirements. Ensure all works on the project start have an approved RAMS.
• Review examination of reports received from the project engineer and a detailed examination of the design during the final stages, complete design elements are compatible with the scope of the review of reference of the project.
• Perform spot checks, surveillance inspections for the quality and safety of works. Ensure all works are done in accordance with the specifications
• Work very closely with the Design and Consultant teams to ensure all technical information are available on time. Ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Monitor & maximize utilization of construction resources on the project and drive the KPIs to achieve the budget
• Liaise with MEP Project manager and subcontractors for the planning/management of delivery and installation of heavy equipment like Generators, Cooling Towers, Chillers, Transformers, CRAH units etc. Ensure all logistics, lifting, skidding and securing works are planned and completed safely. Support / Coordinate with all parties for successful MEP testing and commissioning.
• Maintain real time construction data to support managerial decisions.
• To prepare material take off & send to Project managers.
• To ensure the welfare areas and facilities are installed and maintain in good standard in site.
• Learn from own and others experience in order to increase capability and skill level and lower the risk of repeating similar mistakes
• Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan and Review of drawings and specification for its completeness and accuracy.
• Support commercial/ planning teams for the finalization of variations, claims, contra charges EOT and final accounts, provide accurate information to the QS on percentage of completed jobs for monthly valuation report
• Identify skilled talents& delegate larger responsibility to them for career development.
• Attend regular team meetings / Subcontractor weekly meetings to discuss progress and resolve issues. Attend weekly safety and monthly welfare committee meetings and delegate required action

300M Dhs 4 star high rise hotel, Design and Build project, Spanning an area of 28,800m2 with 348 rooms, swimming pool and VOX open theatre and will offer connectivity to the shopping mall via a direct link on level two. Logistically very tight and challenging location in the heart of Dubai and connected to the busy shopping mall. Construction done directly over the main exit road from City Centre. Major Offsite manufacturing undertaken to complete the works successfully. Due to space constraints at site, managed an external yard in Jebel Ali for prefabrication and for storage of all materials in advance, for ensuring certainty of deliveries. Emirates Flight Catering, Expansion Project,

220M Dhs Short Term expansion project for EKFC. Expansion of office building, Kitchen Facilities, New Car park, Staff screening and Link bridge. Logistically very challenging project. Works involved major interfaces with a 24x7 operational facility with 11000 staff moving through access routes within the construction site, which required careful planning and coordination with all parties. Complex MEP installations for Industrial Kitchen equipment, cold rooms, Police X ray units, Metal detectors, Vacuum waste system, Dock levellers, Automatic Guided Vehicles etc

Space is very much constraint since site located just near the busiest traffic way which is connected to the Mall of Emirates, one of the busiest malls in the Dubai.
