• Food Safety & Supplier Quality Management: Conducting food safety risk assessments for process compliance and ensuring adherence to ISO-GSO and GMP quality systems; delivering supplier qualification program for assessing the supplier's authenticity, verification, and integrity.

• Food Production: Provide leadership for the Food Production Department, directing operations to ensure that safety, quality, environmental, production output, product cost, and other department objectives are achieved.
