• Accommodation (Hotel) & Transportation arrangements (Taxi).
• Visa, Railway & Air Ticketing through internet or ticketing agent etc.
• Repository of contact information for all facilities related matters relationship managers for Hotels and hotel information/contracted rates, preferred car hire vendors, courier agencies, mobile services, travel agency etc.
• Managing billing process and ensuring all vendors are paid in time within credit limit, providing details with a daily log of bills received from vendor/short description/amount due, to keep track of payment schedules.
• Vendor Management: Sourcing new vendors, negotiating discounts and credit and getting competitive quotes, ensuring optimal services from the vendors
• Responding to customers services requests and assists travelers with all needs.
• Listen to client's needs & give options taking into account directness of routing, cost and airline preference
• Ensuring enquiries are actioned within 2 hours
• Providing literature and relevant information to travelers
• Handling expat travelling queries making Itinerary, local purchase etc.
• Impact report on daily basis
• Maintaining official data on daily and providing to concern department
• Meeting/interacting with clients as and when required
• Sending payment details to accounts department
• Checking vendors invoices
• Resolve client's issues in a satisfactory manner to all parties concerned
• Good oral skills with the ability y to confidently handle one-on-one and small group situations
• A capacity to evaluate facts and information and make decisions, including analyzing associated problems, based on those facts
