o Preparations of Work order generation, Daily reports generation, updating of equipment history, loss of outputs and power consumption reports.
o Maintenance of AC Drives (MX4000, Pdrive, Schneider altivar 71), DC drives (DC master Simoreg).
o Field devices like Proximity Sensors, flow switch, Speed Sensors (Encoders), Limit Switches, Hot Metal Detector HMDs, Light barrier, loop scanner, shifting encoders and Electrical Valves (solenoid).
o Programming Sequential control logic with all process and safety interlocks in SFC, CFC, ladder logic and Function blocks.
o Trial checks for all Electrical and instrumentation equipment for safety interlocks & sequence circuits.

o Transformer’s functional test of all protective devices (WTI, OTI, MOG, Buchholz relay, PRV, OSR), Breakdown voltage test (BDV) of transformer oil with the help of test kit.
o Prepare procedures to minimize risks of injury or plant damage in line with established controls.
May 2012 – Nov’2012: Sam Young Corporation, Abu Dhabi as an Electrical Engineer.
o Meeting with client (Samsung) and discuss about project execution.
o Preparing various project completion reports and handover to end parties.
o Handle Cable lying with roller, winch Puller machine and cable/cable tray routing.
o Installation of Transformer’s accessories like HV side bushing/LV side bushing and protection device.
o Installation of UPS, Battery Banks and Gas insulated Switchgears (GIS) system.
o To carry out Switching Operation on HV and LV system including the issue of Work Permits.
o Installation and Commissioning of Plant lighting and welding point sockets.

Kuwait Steel -10 tons EOT cranes revamping of electrical panels from zero stage to implement, technical comparison work, execution.
JUSCO (Jamshedpur Utilities & Services Company Limited-India)- Successfully completed Testing of 6.6 KV indoor substation(VCB,CT,PT,ABB 601, Under voltage/over voltage, Transformer 11KV/433 V).
