Key Responsibilities:
? Project management / Project ownership - Overall responsibility of Project Execution including, KOM (Kick off meeting), initiation, planning, design, Procurement, construction/erection/installation, Pre-commissioning & commissioning, ready to start up / ready for start up, handover and Close-out / closure of a project.
? Single contact person to deal with client on behalf of company, maintaining client relationship
? Team leader, handled 200+ nos. employees at site including Construction manger, Project controllers, cost controllers, planning enigneers, QA/QC, EHS, Admin and other manpower.
? Perform contract review and involving other department within organization for effective Kick off project and managing for smooth execution.
? Chair person to review progress weekly/monthly with respective project teams (Engineering, Procurement, QA-QC, EHS, site construction) to update Top management.
? Manage the execute contractors and will act as the prime focal point for these contractors for the assigned projects.
? The development, execution, supervision, and coordination of all technical and commercial aspects of the work safely, with quality and within schedule and budget objectives.
? Establish and maintain good and effective communication with all project stakeholders, including P&T, process engineering and discipline engineers, HSSE staff, operations staff, Turn Around Team, procurement team, and execution contractors.
? Maintaining QMS and EHS policies at site
? Review & validate project Baseline schedule / integrated schedule using Primavera P-6 module, MSP.
? Propose / review and validate actions to align project back (e.g. fast track / accelerate / recovery plan) depending on requirement.
? Execution of EPC project including mechanical work, piping, strcutral and Electrical & insturments work.
? Execution of Pre-commissioning & commissioning activities system/sub system wise including Skyline for site activities.
? Responsible to Develop & manage Project control Risk Register
? Involved with team member / contractors / subcontractors to prepare schedule forecast / look ahead schedule
? Develop ‘What-If-Scenarios & Recovery plans due to program slippage & scope creep.
? Cost/Budget/change control - Conversant in cost engineering work (cost control, VOWD (value of work done), cost estimation), preparation of VOs (variation orders).
? Responsible to present project tracking sheet / Project dash board to management.
? Involved in devising of Budget break down activity, S-curve, bar chart, gent chart, progress report weekly/ monthly including productivity
? Involvement & analyze periodically, project completion with anticipated man-hours to facilitate the cost forecasting process
Expertise and hands-on experience:
? Demonstrated expertise in enhancing production process operations, optimizing resource & capacity utilization, escalating productivity & operational efficiencies.
? Demonstrated skills in Project planning/scheduling & control by use of Primavera-P6, S-curve, WBS preparation, resource loading, working with ERP module and productivity calculations by VA/VE, budget breakdown, Risk assessment
? Sound knowledge of ASME codes & standards, API standards and welding technology (welding process GTAW, SMAW, FCAW) with manpower managements & vendor development skills.
? Perfect team manager having ability to lead cross-functional project teams and integrate their efforts to maximize operational efficiency.

Hands-on experience in managing EPC projects, Oil & gas, petrochemical processing equipments, produced water treatment plant, storage tanks, Spheres, TTLR - Truck loading arm, MLA – Marine loading arm, Process skids & modules / Modular ranks, Process piping, Operation & Maintenance contracts & services, Tank farm – oil terminals (fuel upgrade facility, LPG storage Sphere & tanks), Lubricant plant - coolant packages, produced water treatment plant, water coalescer packages, well-head pipeline (High pressure piping), piping works, steel fabrication (piping and structural) pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, evaporators, boilers, towers, storage tanks, Pig launcher / Receiver, spools & piping, E&I work etc,.
Key / Major project accomplishment:
- EPCC project for oil & gas, - Al Dabb’iya Thammama Zone B Transition Zone Developments - Phase I (15 Wells) and Restore Al Dabb’iya Other Zones (OZ) Production (17 Wells) – ADNOC at Al Dabb’iya Thammama Zone, Abu Dhabi, UAE – Ongoing
- EPCC Contract for PWT (produced water treatment) at SFFT at Zirku Island, ZADCO, ABU DHABI (incluidng skimmers, decanters, compaction floatation units and sour water stripper column. The major scope of the works include Design, Detail Engineering, material procurement, construction, installation & testing, calibration, painting- Civil, Mechanical, Piping, E&I & commissioning).
- EPCC works for C3- Sphere (21M dia X 65MM thk – 2nos.) & in-plant piping project – DUGAS, DUBAI, UAE
- EPC works for BeAAT expansion - 9nos, tanks and Associated Piping works - TAKREER / ADNOC at Ruwais, Abu Dhbai, UAE.
- EPC works for 20 – Tanks/ vessels/equipments/piping/pipeline Petroleum Redevelopment Facility – Fujairah,
- EPC project – Thermal energy storage (TES) tanks at Dubai hills, Dubai, UAE. Associated works are 2 tanks, diffuser, mechanical & piping works.
- Construction works for Fuel upgrade facility (Including 5 tanks, piping, Pipeline network, civil, electrical & instrumentation works) at Fuel farm, DWC, Airport – Dubai, UAE
- EPCC works - coolant package for ENOC Lube Oil Manufacturing Plan, Fujairah, UAE
- Tank refurbishment (up to 70M Dia), Marine loading arm (MLA) dismantling & installation for EPPCO.
- Other Projects - Water coalescer packages, well-head pipeline (High pressure piping), Modular pipe racks with piping works, steel fabrication (piping / Pipeline and structural) Pig launcher / Receiver skids, Chemical injection skids, etc
