1.PROJECT: ETHANE EXPORT PIPELINE PROJECT
JOB:- Installation and commissioning of 3 km 20 inch pipeline consisting 13 nos major crossings and 2 nos Micro Tunnel includes 22000 cub mtr machine and 4500 cubic mtr manual excavation , CP works including anode installation and bore drilling, it also includes station piping, structural and system integration works. This project enables safe and reliable export of Ethane from Shell NGL to QP A21 station.

2.PROJECT PROJECT: EPIC OF HOOKING UP OF KHUFF & ARAB D WELLS.
JOB:- Scope includes installation of new facilities to the respective well head treatment plants (WHTP) manifolds and all related piping, instrumentation, electrical, CP,telecom and civil works .Major works are 14 km pipeline with hot insulation, 2200 nos pipe support , 6 nos bore drilling works, wellhead hydraulic unit control panel, 19 culverts, SCADA modification, solar power system etc.

3.PROJECT: EPIC FOR GAS SUPPLY TO FACILITY D AT AL WAKRAH (PHASE-1)
JOB:- This project facilitated supply of fuel Gas to Facility D power station south of al Wakrah, via a new QP gas receiving station W5. Appx 7 km new 30 inch pipeline , conducted DCVG(Direct Current Voltage Gradient) inspection on 30 KM existing 30 inch pipeline , a new Gas receiving station , station W5 installed adjacent to Al Wakrah Station.The new Station W5 consists of pipeline receiver,KOD’s,vent stacks,closed drain system, LER building, DG system,N2 skid,SCADA PLC system,ESD,F&G system etc .All associated electrical, instrumentation, pipeline, piping, civil, structural works as well.

4.PROJECT:- THREE COMBINED EPIC SHUTDOWN PROJECTS
JOB:- Engineering, Procurement , Construction and Commissioning (EPC) services for upgradation at QG2,QG3 and QG4. Major Job includes Excavation to modify underground sea water system, Process and instrument piping fabrication, installation /modification including supports, Glass flake lining, cold tapping, and major Tie-in activity, stress analysis for existing piping and provide necessary solution, ESDV installation, DCS modification, pre commissioning and commissioning. This project includes three Major shutdown.

5. PROJECT: GC 10100600- EPIC FOR PRODUCED WATER TREATMENT & INJECTION .
JOB:- This is a project of produced water Treatment & injection ( Dukhan Fields KN,FS.FM & JALEHA Degassing stations and PWI Stations PS-2,4,6,8 & 9) Phase-2. It is a multidiscipline project and major job includes demolition of existing piping and associated works, site preparation and earthworks, construction of culverts, duct banks, equipment foundations, pump sheds, substation buildings, installation of internally HDPE lined 12” & 10” pipelines (25 km), FBE coated station piping ( 95 000 ID), pressure control valves (PCV), shutdown valves, ESD valve partial stroke testing system, transfer pumps (12 Nos), instrument air lines, DCS / ESD / F&G system, F&G detection and protection, field instruments, telecom network system, power management system (PMS), substation control system (SCS), installation of new substations, DC & AC UPS, building systems, area lighting, earthing system, cathodic protection system, rotary and static equipment, surface preparation and painting of piping & pipelines, testing, pre-commissioning & commissioning.

6. PROJECT:-GC09102200- EPIC OF SWEET FUEL GAS SUPPLY TO DUKHAN CONSUMERS.
JOB:- Major jobs are design, procurement ,installation and commissioning of 36” -7.2 Km , 18” – 25.5 Km , 12”- 12.5 km ,& other 6” & 4 “ pipelines, 24 nos valve stations, 4 nos electrical sub stations building and other electrical and instrument job , 35 000 Id piping, 48 km Fiber optic cable installation, electrical cable installation, Microtunnelling, 550 MT structure, rotary and static equipment, modification of existing GDS SCADA SYSTEM and in some stations new SCADA PLC system. installation, loss prevention, telecommunication and shut down for tie in with existing pipe and system modification etc.It is a combination of green and brown field job.
