Job Responsibility:
1. Material Requisition Verification against the provided Budget and Approval given with the proper allocated Cost Code through ERP System.
2. Daily Labour Allocation Report Reviewing, providing Over Time for the Labours and Co-Ordinate with the Time Keeper for entering the Labour’s working hours with the proper Cost Code in the ERP System for making the Monthly Labour Wages.
3. Monitoring the Labour’s Productivity against the Budget on daily basis.
4. Working out the Un Productivity Labour Crew against the Budget and forwarding to the HR/Administration Manager for necessary action.
5. Making the Material Utilization Report for Cement, Concrete, Wood, Steel, Blocks and Block & Plaster Mortar for reducing the Material Wastage.
6. Providing the Cost Code and verifying all the Invoices of Materials, Sub Contractor, Petty Cash etc., on daily basis.
7. If necessary, Revised Budget making for the Ongoing Activities with the advice of Project Control Manager.
8. Verifying the Sub Contract Agreement against the Provided Budget and Processing further through VICIDOCS/DMS.
9. Preparation of Monthly Cost Report (or) Profit/Loss Report for the Project against the provided Budget on monthly basis and indicating the Result of this Report to the Project Manager & Project Control Manager to know the status of Project Cost Evaluation.
10. Preparation of Materials & Sub Contractor’s Buy Schedule and Cost Value Reconciliation Report on monthly basis.
