JOB DESCRIPTION as HVACTechnician
? Deep freezers, no frost fridge, direct cool fridge, water cooler, water dispenser, water heater Check and
troubleshoot all HVAC-related issues to determine the root cause.
? Does the corrective action, maintain, repair, and get the system back to operate normally.
? Perform additional maintenance work as required.
? Responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance, inspections, modification, installation, and
dismantling of the system.
? Complete timely inspections, testing, and accurate reporting of equipment defects/deficiencies.
? Assist with the scoping, estimating, planning, and execution of new work projects.
? Ensure all requirements as specified by the manufactures of the system and fixtures are met.
