• Working in close liaison with CEO and the Board of Directors to develop, review and implement the management policies and procedures and implementing general administrative structure.

Business Partner
• Partner the executive management team in establishing the implementation processes for achievement of strategic goals and business plans.
• Partner SBU management in review and optimization of organizational structures and costs.
• Partner with IT to ensure correct mapping and smooth functioning of processes of all entities.

Financial Planning & Analysis
• Corporate Planning – Manage the processes for financial forecasting, preparation and administration of budgets, analysis of monthly financial results, quarterly review and revision of budgets based on actual financial results & trends.
