• JLO Export Facilities and Upgrading of Existing Export Network- KOC – Senior Pipeline Engineer
Responsible for pipeline engineering activities including Pipeline Route selections studies, Route selection report, producing engineering specifications, Philosophies, Data sheets, performing design calculations. Checking, reviewing pipeline route maps and pipeline alignment sheets, reviewing and incorporating Client comments. Liaising and incorporating with in house other project teams. Work executed at FEED level. Ultimate Client is KOC (Kuwait Oil Company).

• Midia Gas Field Development Project – Senior Pipeline Engineer
Black Sea oil and Gas (BSOG) is developing Midia Gas Field, detailed design project where Genesis executing PMC responsibilities for work executed by COMPROIECT-92.

Overall PMC responsibilities to check, review and comments detailed design deliverables produced for onshore pipeline of 16’’ diameter and approx. 4.5 km long. Responsible for Liaising and interacting with PMC team, weekly meeting raising CRS on Pipeline Deliverables. Ultimate Client is Black Sea Oil & Gas (BSOG).

• JAUFURAH FIELD DEVELOPMENT – Senior Pipeline Engineer
Worked as a Senior Pipeline Engineer on Jafurah Field Development project. Work executed at FEED level. Flowlines and trunklines transfer the well fluid from the well pads to grassroots Gas Compression Plants (GCPs). Transmission pipelines transfer the separated well fluid and gas from the GCPs to the JFGP.

• TCO KLPE Dry Gas Project – Senior Pipeline Engineer
Worked as a Senior Pipeline Engineer responsible for the FEED design of hot tap tie-in connections on a high pressure, large diameter gas pipeline and extension of existing block valve station. FEED development to include custody transfer meters and associated AGI facilities as part of the KLPE Dry Gas project to supply gas from the main GEEP pipeline to a new lean gas producing facility (gas separation unit) in Tengiz, Kazakhstan.
• ADCO BAB FEED – Senior Pipeline Engineer
Worked as a Senior Pipeline Engineer for the above project which consists of drill and well pads with the corresponding transfer and export line infrastructure for the Bab field in Abu Dhabi UAE. Work executed at FEED level, and work executed in according with Shell DEP’s and ADCO standards. Responsible for Liaising and interacting with PMC team. Responsible for all pipeline engineering activities including writing specifications, Philosophies, Design basis, Crossings report, Data sheets, Design reports, performing design calculations, and overseeing drawing production. The ultimate client is ADCO UAE.
• FPF1-Greater Stella Area Development UK – Subsea Pipeline Engineer
The FPF1 will be located approximately 1.8 km south east of the Stella Main Drill Centre. The Stella fields will be tied back to the FPF1 via subsea manifolds. The work executed at Detail Design level, responsible for writing specifications, Philosophies, Data Sheets, Design reports, Material requisitions using (VPRM), reviewed vendors submitted documents for metallurgical and QA/QC aspects. Responsible reviewing vendor’s bids documents and produced Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE’s) and Technical Queries (TQ’s) for linepipe and Carbons Steel Flanges. • Nawara Field Development Project Tunisia – Senior Pipeline Engineer
The gas will be exported to a tie-in point to the joint South Tunisian Gas Project (STGP) facilities from where it will be transported via a 320-km gas pipeline to Gabes. The work executed at FEED level, responsible for writing specifications, wall thickness calculations, road crossing calculation, producing pipeline mechanical design report using Tunisian and ASME standards
• In Salah Gas Southern Field Development Project Algeria – Senior Pipeline Engineer
Engineering support contract for In Amenas and In Salah gas fields. Responsible for producing Pipeline equipment specifications, Valve Installation Philosophy, Data Sheets, providing Procurement Management Support, Reviewing Vendor Documents, participated in house Auto Pipe software training. • ADCOP – Abu Dhabi Crude Oil Pipeline Project –Pipeline Engineer
Seconded to Penspen International Offices Abu Dhabi for a year from 2008-2009, to work on ADCOP Project. The work executed at Onshore Detail Design level.
Worked with Leads, senior pipeline engineers, and was responsible for working in Detail Design phase, including Pipeline route walk surveys in Habshan and Fujairah areas. Liaise and coordinating with 3rd party services providers, obtaining and reviewing No Objection Certificates (NOCs).
Co coordinating and reviewing Topographical survey details, producing crossing details, helped producing and reviewing pipeline alignment sheets, site survey meetings and survey reports. Responsible reviewing pipeline re-route options using appropriate programmes.
Responsible for Liaising and interacting with PMC team. I was also responsible for site visits and coordinating with Geotechnical contractors and reviewing bore holes and trial pits locations where appropriate.

The Onshore detail design & Construction project of a 24’’, 19 km cross country pipeline connecting a new CCGT Power Station to the National Grid Network UK.
Responsible and assistance to site visit and route walk survey, liaise with 3rd party service providers along the proposed pipeline route, responsible and coordinating with Geotechnical contractors and reviewing bore holes and trial pits locating where appropriate. Responsible producing wall thickness calculations, road crossing calculations, preparing crossing details, writing specifications, philosophies, data sheets. Responsible and assistance to procurement and construction supervision, helping to produce and reviewing pipeline alignment sheets. Responsible reviewing vendor’s bids documents and produced Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE’s) and Technical Queries (TQ’s). The ultimate client is EDF Energy (UK).
• Portland Gas and Brine Pipeline Project UK –Pipeline Engineer
The work executed at FEED level, responsible for raising CTR’s with lead engineer, wall thickness calculations, pipeline material specifications, pipeline construction, hydrostatic testing specification, Site Visits, preparing pipeline crossing details, and road crossing calculations. Responsible reviewing vendor documents and raising TQ’s coordinate all other engineering disciplines, including local staff. The ultimate client is Portland Gas UK.
• BP Dimlington Onshore Compression Terminal Integration Project (OCTIP) UK –Pipeline Engineer
Responsible for pipeline route study, site visits, responsible producing wall thickness calculations, pipeline construction and hydrostatic testing specifications, Data sheet. Producing CTR’s for 30-inch Amethyst and West Sole onshore gas pipeline to be installed within Centrica Easington Terminal to BP Dimlington Terminal. The ultimate client is BP.
• South - East Europe Regional Gasification Study UK – Pipeline Engineer
A study base project, responsible for examining the sources of gas supply from Russia, the Caspian region and other producer countries through Turkey and transit routes, showing transmission maps, key imports and exports points in South East Europe Region by using GIE (Gas Infrastructure Europe) and GSE (Gas Storage Europe) maps.
