MANAGERIAL POSITION- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct and manage Electro Mechanical Project development from beginning to closure.
Review plans,project related specifications, submittals and other contract documents to create a job plan for the successful completion of the assigned projects.
Leading the Planning and Execution teams for the preparation of the Project construction schedules/ Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, subsequent tracking on their approvals for the timely execution and completion of the project, Liaising with the Purchase department for timely receipt of the materials receipts etc
Manage multiple projects simultaneously as and when required and adhere to strict deadlines and commercial norms. Responsible for Billing / Profits and Receivables inline with the set objectives.
Managing multiple projects in terms of contract management, filing variations, organizing procurement of material for multiple projects, locating new sources for procurement, planning for projects using project management software like M.S. projects and Primavera.
Respond to RFI's ,conducting reviews of specialist suppliers or contractor prepared designs and attending site meetings to resolve construction issues.
Perform monthly job cost reviews reporting profit status to the management.
Explore future opportunities of business.
Ensure that product realization is in place and the practice is in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.
Ensure that Quality control is in place during mobilization, execution and restoration of Projects and its Services.

ENGINEERS'S POSITION- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning & Successful execution of Air-conditioning Projects involving many Domestic & Multinational Companies.Commercial complexes,hospitals etc.
Manage & Improve Profitability of the project assigned for execution-cost conscious control.
Manage each job as an independent profit center & evaluate Actual margin achieved v/s Sales margin projected for each job.
Responsible for Technical correctness of Design, Workmanship, Procedures & practices adopted for each project.
Responsible for timely completion of projects.
Responsible for achieving acceptable customer satisfaction levels.
Maintain and provide WIP, records, documentation etc for each job.
Responsible for correctness of quantity/quality of work/materials in order to achieve fair & competitive pricing of Works & Materials.
Provide accurate assessment of material requirements (Dates) to prevent unnecessary Inventory Cost on one hand as well as delays in project on the other hand.
To reconcile all materials, job wise and ensure excess material supplied is brought back or Billed to client for each job, as per unit rates applicable & raise Proforma invoice.
Participate in reviews continuously and provide details such as planned billing, Closing collections etc,. & achieve them in a time bound manner.
Participate in development of vendors, contractors etc.
Provide training & other support to sub-ordinate and contractors as & when required.
Assist materials department by direct follow-up of deliveries.
Interact with client, architect, consultant and inter office departments ensure smooth completion of project.
