? Managing complete overall Quality, Management Representative & New Part Development (NPD) with support of 11 team members.
? Responsibility of Implementation, adherence of ISO 9001 & HACCP system.
? Conducting Management Review Meeting (MRM) as per ISO & HACCP requirements.
? Responsible for All Internal & External Audits & their closers within deadline.
? Preparing & Presenting Monthly Quality Performance Reports top management.
? Monitoring & Recording Plant rejection and doing monthly analysis for Top 3 Defects with concerned departments.
? Handling Customer complain & providing Corrective and preventive action reports within time.
