I am a Chemical Engineer and have done my PG in plastics Engineering. I have been
working since November 2006 for Union Pipes Industry, Abu Dhabi, UAE. I have a total experience of 19 years in the field of plastics processing, testing and installation.
I also worked with Dura-Line, India, for period of 3 years. Dura-line is one of the leading MNC organization in the field of plastic pipe manufacturing.
I am looking for a Job change for better prospects and to enhance my skills.
I have managed multiple and challenging oil industry projects related to Plastic piping
system. I have been leading the technical/Quality department, and successfully
completed Borouge 2, Borouge 3, Borouge 5 oil field projects, and now working on Borouge 4 project. Many other such critical Projects like, BNPP for Safety related applications were completed by my current organization.
My current organization is the only approved organization in UAE and Middle East, to
supply and install Plastic pipes to Safety related applications, in Nuclear power Project, Abu Dhabi.
I have handled this project technically (Material, inspection, welding etc) starting from
Pre-Approval process till the end of the Project.
My specialization is in the welding of Plastic pipes and in designing the tests, to assure the durability of the joints.
I have been closely working with the Borouge Material team, to develop material suitable for large diameter pipes and fabricated fittings. We along with Borouge (Raw Material Manufacturer) have completed many such R&;D projects for material development, Like, developing butt-fusion welding parameters for PolyPropylene 3000mm pipes, Testing of low sag material of HDPE to manufacture 2000mm HDPE pipes and fittings.
