• Responsible for performing inventory of the whole store which involve the counting or checking of stocks, reconciling of cash with sales receipt, keeping store transaction records and ordering merchandise and stock when necessary.
• Ensure that the store personnel comply with the store’s security, sales and record taking practices and procedures.
• Providing Customer service, address the queries or concerns that may arise from the clients.
• Ensure accuracy of price information, discounts and customer interaction/designing and implementing strategies, promotional schemes, marketing campaigns.
• Ensuring target achievement as set by the management through effective strategies &customer handling and monitoring competitor strategy, building counter strategies to increase market share.
• Supervise and work with employees / responsible for the supervision of security and safety, inspect and ensure the proper operation of security cameras and alarms / Hire and assign store associates to counters and repair areas.
