Job Location : Qatar

Job Description:

• Determine Call center Operational Strategies by conducting need assessments, developing analysis, monitoring performance & establishing control panels to identify improvements.
• Accountable to delegate the staff accurately & to coordinate with other department or outsource companies to facilitate smooth operation & client satisfaction

Requirements :

• Minimum 5+ Years experience with 4 years of Team handling or Duty Manager in Call Center
• Good knowledge in process modeling tools – Advanced MS, Visio and/or MS Project
• Expertise in leading Operations, Team Management, Quality improvement etc.
• Candidate should minimum possess a Graduate Degree
• Must be Locally available in QATAR with valid Qatar ID
