General Manager Explosives(Oman & UAE)
Degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized university
Minimum Work experience:
• 10+ years of experience in managing explosives storage facilities and operation of explosives manufacturing plants
• Business development, marketing and sales experience of explosives is a must
• Strong knowledge of the explosives market and its key player
• Strong knowledge of safety and ISO standards
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
• Ensure that manufacturing processes / facilities run reliably and efficiently.
• Accountable for the long-term growth and profitability.
• Effective leadership and people management
• Accountable for the preparation and delivery of profit, operating and fixed costs budgets and meeting set targets.
• Implementing and ensuring a safety program.
• Ensure continuous improvement to maximize productivity
• Brand building through relationship building, business development ,sales and marketing
• Full responsibility of P&L
