Job Location: United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

• Organizing the HR & Admin Director day and schedule including reminders
• Work with hiring officer to manage and coordinate hiring processes from start to finish in a timely fashion, either through recruiting services or internal resources
• Prepare letters, reports and presentation on PowerPoint and audits as requested
• Answering emails and calls, Motivation, Training new staff, Memos, circulars and filing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or college degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a PA or HR
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English
• Building strong relationship ties
• Strong communication, analytical and creative skills
• Skill full at research and creating reports and other documents
• Hardworking and flexible
• Completes tasks quickly and effectively
