Job Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Notice: Immediate to 1 month

Gender: Male Candidates only

Job Requirements:

• Candidates available in UAE can only apply
• Preferred from Banking Domain
• Working experience on BMC Remedy and BMC Client Management suite
• Must have good understanding of ITIL processes
• One of the resource must have working experience as IT Service Desk Team Lead while other three as Service Desk Agents
• Must have good knowledge on Windows 10, Office, IE, Chrome, Adobe, etc.
• Must have telephonic and remote desktop support capabilities
• Must have good knowledge on telephone and email etiquettes
• Shift Timing (Saturday to Thursday) 7:30am to 4:30pm however, once resource will be required to work up to 10:00pm. Accordingly, 8 hours working shifts will be designed
