• Providing technical support to Client’s SAK
• Troubleshooting to Client’s SAK issues and ensuring the quality of software within Client’s SAK environments
• Analyzing and solving problems within CLIENT’S related to CLIENT’S SAK system
• Conducting Quality Assurance and testing of CLIENT’S SAK system
• Acting as an intermediary between the CLIENT’S and to CLIENT’S SAK partner
• Collaborating with other functional teams and roles
• Managing multiple support cases simultaneously
• Provide end user training to CLIENT’S SAK staff.

Years of Experience: 3 or more years of experience in the field.
