We are looking for Receptionist (Female Arabic / English speaker) for our company, specific responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Selected candidate will be responsible but not limited to answering the phone calls, screening, directing the calls. Taking and relaying messages, greeting, directing the visitors, monitoring the visitors access, log book, preparing correspondence and documents, scheduling meetings, appointments etc...
• Perform variety of clerical duties such as memos, correspondence, reports, etc. Maintain records of all guests and visitors.
• Provide a courteous, warm, pleasant and professional support to walk-in guests and visitors.
• Maintain a pleasant and professional working relationship with his superiors, peers, internal and external customers at all times.

Candidates Profile:
• Minimum Degree or Diploma with three years of experience as a receptionist.
• Should have good command over Arabic & English with good understanding of MS Office.
