HR Coordinator
Job Location : Abu DHabi
Job Description:
• Handle employee requests and queries.
• Update and maintain employee records in check.
• Support in the recruitment and interview processes.
• Prepare and submit reports to senior management.
• Implement methods to improve employment policies, processes and practices.
• Report to the human resources director regarding all HR issues.
• Assist the ED in enforcing company policies.
Requirements :
• Previous experience in a Manpower company.
• Knowledge of human resources operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Outstanding communication skills
• Minimum 4 years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Human Resource Management or a related field.
