I. OVERVIEW

This occupation is at Crackwits, the digital agency for advertising, branding, website and mobile app design and development.

II. JOB BRIEF

A Digital Content Coordinator is responsible for writing digital content for clients; including but not limited to websites, mobile apps, social media posts, and blog articles. This role requires creative, linguistic and analytical skills. Fluency in English and Arabic/ French is a must. Monitor social media pages, gather and analyze data, to improve the content on a regular basis. SEO skills are a plus.

III. JOB DESCRIPTION

- Work closely and report to the Senior Content Marketing Manager on all deliverables and deadlines
- Write witty and creative content in at least one of three languages including English, Arabic and French
- Coordinate with Project Managers simultaneously to answer all requirements in a timely manner
- Differentiate between and adhere to different brands, tones of voice and content types
- Brainstorm ideas and concepts for various campaigns
- Devise copy for websites, mobile apps, social media posts and other TTL deliverables
- Create brand/ product names, slogans, positioning taglines, headlines, scripts and more
- Optimize digital content in terms of SEO
- Assist with strategies and pitches where/ if need be
- Manage posting schedule and flag issues/ problems encountered
- Analyze a brands performances on social media and draft bi-weekly and/ or monthly reports
- Update the Senior Content Marketing Manager with daily reports on the work progress
- Attend meetings with different team members for quick updates and assessments on all ongoing projects

IV. REQUIREMENTS
- Copywriting and social media experience (up to 4 years)
- Proactive, flexible, positive and solution oriented thinker
- Ability to multi-task and manage various project deliverables simultaneously
- Respond to requests in a timely manner and strictly meet deadlines
- Ability to observe, learn, listen and take initiatives
- Capacity to manage highly stressful situations as a result of tight deadlines
- Team player with great interpersonal skills
- Written and verbal communication skills (fluency in English and Arabic/ French is a plus)
- Attention to details
- Creative, multimedia and digital background is a must
- Basic SEO skills is a plus
- Knowledge in utilizing Apple devices
- Knowledge in utilizing Apple and Microsoft products such as Keynote, MS Word, Excel, etc.

V. DYNAMIC WORK CONDITIONS

- Multi-task, perform under pressure and strictly respect deadlines
- Work with flexibility in regards to working hours (irregular working hours will be compensated for)
- Adhere to special work conditions
- Report to the Senior Content Marketing Manager or Managing Director
