Personal Assistant to Shareholder
Job Location : Dubai
The Executive Assistant will be involved in daily tasks of the Shareholder and all requests have to be administered, managed, and completed within the timeline required and to exemplary standards.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Manage Shareholder’s calendar and set up meetings, carry extensive and efficient email correspondence.
• Deal with Shareholder personal matters including holidays, flights, banking, family, housing and other private matters.
• Handle confidential matters with discretion.
• Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports.
• Assist Shareholder remotely on day-to-day tasks.
• Screen telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handle them when appropriate.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, advisors, shareholders, intercompany directors and other staff.
• Process Shareholder business expenses and other administrative items.
• Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, maintenance of filing system and contact database.
Requirements :
• Need experience
• Languages: English and French is a must
