Description:
1. Responsible for daily VAT reconciliation for AP and a group of companies.

2. To ensure sales register reconciliation with VAT payable report and identify if any errors.

3. To verify physical documents with system-generated VAT receivable reports for AP and group of companies.

4. To participate in inventory variation, WIP verification, and asset verification annually.

5. To prepare job closure profitability report of Awal Plastics on a weekly and monthly basis.


6. To generate utility and Batelco bills on monthly basis for MIS purposes.

7. To ensure monthly bank reconciliation for Awal Plastics (NBB, BBK, AUB, Al Baraka, Ithmaar, NBK) & Awal Commercial Enterprises (NBB, BBK)

8. Responsible for the transfer of petty cash to the Company.

9. To update daily collection and entries of cash for counter sales of the Company.

10. To prepare cost center expenses to report for Company.

11. To prepare payment voucher entries for suppliers.

12. In the absence of colleagues, assume duties to manage their tasks and responsibilities in a committed manner to ensure that no job is affected.
