Executive Secretary

Job Location: Riyadh

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Schedule Management’s meetings with clients.
• Coordinate with Clients for ongoing engagements.
• Alert managers about cancelations or new meetings.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to management.
• Prepare Management reports.
• Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.
• Coordinates office management activities.
• Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
• Prepare agenda for management meetings.
• Helps prepare office budget.
• Coordinate travel arrangements; prepares itineraries; prepares, compiles, and maintains travel vouchers and records.
• Relay directives, instructions, and assignments to executives.
• Receive and relay telephone messages.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in business administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with demonstrated abilities in Excel.
• The ability to develop strong working relationships and maintaining work ethics.
• Expert-level experience in multitasking with the ability to set priorities as per the given situation.
• Ability to stick to time constraints
• Fluent in English and Arabic (must).
• Experience: 3-5years’ experience in the field.
