Job Location: Bahrain


• Follow sanitation and safety procedures;
• Demonstrate teamwork;
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency;
• Follow “clean as you go” policy;
• Follow directions & Pizza Inn Portion Control Chart;
• Communicate to the various departments
• Cleaning workstations before pizza preparation
• Monitoring inventory and placing orders for more supplies as needed
• Preparing pizza dough, sauces, and various toppings, such as tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and meats
• -Ensuring that all utensils and cooking equipment are sterilized before each use
• Some dough tray/dish cleaning
• Making pizza sauce


• Knows and prepares all specialty items;
• Uses scales for all portioning
• Working knowledge of proper food handling procedures;
• The ability to follow standardized recipes
• Knows Shelf Life of products and/or where to locate
• Opens and closes station correctly
• High School Diploma or GED
• Exceptional customer service skills;
• Follows Buffet Rotation Chart
• Proven food preparation and food handling experience;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Makes all Specialty Pizzas correctly
• Follows correct baking procedures
• Knows all product abbreviations, can read guest checks and/or POS monitors;
• Prep/label item correctly.
